- Ensuring and overseeing high quality and timely provision of frontline services comprising support in organization of meetings and events; interpretation services; local transportation services; hotel accommodations; management of conference facilities in HQ; reception; provision of office supplies, corporate gifts and publications; postal and courier services; administrative support to service cars used by HQ; administrative assistance to Frontex Liaison Officers; translation services; benefits and support measures to staff, including reimbursements, and other.  Ensuring achievement of the relevant objectives of the sector; supporting projects and activities implemented by the sector; supporting implementation of the sectoral, unit and divisional priorities.  Ensuring timely procurement and correct implementation of contracts and SLAs for supplies, services, and goods; reviewing and participating in drafting of tendering documentation (including Technical Specifications, Terms of References).  Ensuring sound financial management, timely and accurate budget planning and implementation in accordance with the financial regulation and internal rules; managing the budget lines and performing the role of Authorizing Officer by sub-delegation.  Ensuring that the regulatory framework governing the services (policies, briefing notes, decisions and notices, data protection records, procedures etc.) is complete, high quality and up-to-date; reviewing and participating in development of documents.  Identifying, designing and implementing improvements in quality of services, new services and tools to streamline delivery of services.  Cooperating closely with the Facility Management Team Leader in the sector, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining constructive business relationships with relevant entities.  Supporting the Head of Sector with the preparation of documents as needed; deputizing for the Head of Sector.  Performing other duties which may result from business requirements, as assigned by the Head of Sector.
