The selected Advanced Excel User will work closely with the Human Resources Associate of UNICEF Serbia to define and create the desired document.
Task description
UNICEF Serbia country office employs 30+ staff members, and engages 20+ individual contractors on full-time basis. These individual contractors are entitled to paid Annual Leave (AL) and paid Sick Leave (SL). Given that these are not staff members, their absences are not tracked via the SAP system which is in use for the staff, hence the office is in need to track these data in a different way. The task of the Online Volunteer providing support as Advanced Excel User would be to create an Excel document for tracking the AL and SL for 20-30 people, with some automatized functions/notifications (e.g. showing the balance for each person on today's date, showing warning signs for cases where some AL days will be lost after the annual cut-off date, etc.).
