Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.
Role: Reporting to the Program manager, this role will be in charge of Execution and change management of digital transformation and governance initiatives in 01 district by enabling Gandhi Fellows and in partnership and collaboration with district and block officials and Development technical partners. This may include, but not limited to, the areas of strengthening the PMUs at district and blocks, Supportive Supervision of facilities, enabling centralized dashboard for district rankings and score cards of facilities, digital cap building of FLW/block officials, diagnostic study as required for designing interventions and ensuring fellow learning and growth.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
⢠Participate and represent project progress status in various internal and external governance reviews
⢠To deploy and change manage technology and governance interventions and ensure capacity building and adoption
⢠Stakeholder management â Government Officials & partner organizations.
⢠Documentation, data management and reporting
⢠Support CoE/Tech/CCC teams on the centralized dashboard, district rankings and facility scorecard
⢠Design and facilitate workshop for cap. building of internal team/Gandhi Fellows on Change Management
⢠Ensuring learning and development of Gandhi Fellows
⢠Support in the strengthening DHS MRM process, Supply Chain Management of drugs
⢠Support governance meetings at the facility level to discuss progress
⢠Support in identification & creating a cadre of change champions in the facilities.
⢠Work for improvement of role clarity & employee experience
⢠Support in adoption of new Referral Policy and Grievance Redressal mechanisms
⢠Capacity building of data operators and staff members for adoption of BHAVYA/HMIS
⢠Close working for improving the data quality of RCH/HMIS.
⢠Capacity building of FLWs and hospital staff on ANMOL, NCD and BHAVYA
⢠Collaborate with relevant development partners to strengthen adoption and data quality on HMIS portal
⢠Any other task assigned by the reporting manager/organizations.
Experience required
⢠4 - 6 years of experience in program management, government stakeholders and partners management preferably in social sector
⢠2 to 3 years in Public Health and team management experience at district level.
⢠Prior experience of digital adoption and data management in social or corporate sector will be given preference.
⢠Minimum 2 yearsâ experience having managed a team strongly preferred

⢠Proficiency in written and oral communication skills in Hindi and English
Travel: This role will require travel (Local and outstation) and need based visits to district govt office locations for meetings, implementations and for meetings with team members.
