PART 1: INVITATION TO BID

Dear Sir /Madam,

Last Mile Health (LMH) invites sealed bids/quotations from eligible registered vendors/bidders/suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Petroleum Products (Diesel and Gasoline) for its operations with the intention of securing a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) for the period of One (1) Year in Monrovia, and LMH-managed counties (Grand Bassa, Grand Gedeh, River Cess), as well as other selected counties.

Therefore, All interested eligible bidders/supplier may obtain a copy of the bidding documents from the Tender Committee of Last Mile Health, Security Booth, LMH Compound, Congo Town, Tubman Boulevard, Monrovia, Liberia beginning Tuesday, August 1, 2023, from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily. Bidding documents are available to be picked up, free of charge, by interested bidders/service providers.

Your tender response must be received in the following format and conditions:

1. Full completion of the “Tender Response” document in order that it is regarded as compliant. Those tenders returned not completed may be treated as void. 
2. Two hard copies (One Original, One Copy) of a bid are to be submitted on headed paper (LetterHead).  
3. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the TENDER COMMITTEE at the below address:

1. The envelope should indicate the ITB Ref No. (LMH/PSA/PP/001/2023) but have no other details relating to the bid.
2. Your return tender must be received at the address above no later than 1:00 PM on Tuesday, 15th August 2023. Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the tender being void.
3. Soft-copy may be submitted to Liberia-tender@lastmilehealth.org, the subject line should indicate the ITB Ref No. (LMH/PSA/PP/001/2023).

Returned bids will remain open for consideration for a period of not less than 60 days from the Closing Date. Last Mile Health is under no obligation to award the contract or to award it to the lowest bidder.
