Tarun Bharat Sangh is seeking an enthusiastic and growth oriented professional to fill the position of an Executive: Monitoring & Communication who will monitor, report, control the project and communicate with partners. Designation: Executive: Monitoring & Communication
Nature of work: Mostly office based requiring field visits to rural areas
Base Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
CTC: INR 3.00 Lakh per annum
Preference: Candidate who can join immediately.
Freshers & Female Candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates based in Jaipur & nearby will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
---Monitoring the progress of projects in the field in accordance with objectives.
---Monitoring the financial expenses of projects in accordance with budget.
---Managing communication with field teams, MIS team and financial team of projects.
---Making narrative & financial progress reports of the projects.
---Managing prompt and effective communication with the senior leadership and partners.
--- Develop new and expand existing relationships with the partners
---Demonstrate the ability to anticipate actions required; provide recommendation for senior leadership.
---Assist the conceptualising, designing and development of new project proposals/ reports and other requisites.
---Beyond above mentioned responsibilities, any other responsibilities assigned by the organization.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
---Post- Graduate in Rural Management/ Social Work/ Humanities/ Sustainability or any other relevant field.
---Good communication and interpersonal skills.
---Good documentation and analytical skills (MIS).
---Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
---Strong computer skills with excellent command over MS Excel, Word and Power-point, photo and video editing tools.
---A team player with a strong work ethic.
---Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
