Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Training Need Assessment at District Level
  1. Identify gaps based on feedback from CC/ DC
  2. Propose solution and plan of action with Sr. Manager-Training / Head T&C
  • Planning & deployment of district level training for teachers (Implementation of Training Calendar)
  1. Induction / orientation training of teachers
  2. Pedagogical/subject specific training of teachers
  3. Leadership training of Head Teachers
  4. Refresher Training for underperforming teachers
  • School Visit and on the job support to the teachers
  • Impact analysis of training at District level
  • Managing training data and documentation
  • Academic support to District Team
  • Support and Contribute to T&C on other academic assignments related to curriculum, training and assessment
