Head of Evidence and Learning
The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit a Head of Evidence and Learning to join their Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution.?? 
As a Head of Evidence and Learning with Clean Air Fund you would help to embed evidence and learning across everything we do to drive targeted inventions and solutions and help deliver clean air for all as fast as possible. Specifically, the role is designed to improve effectiveness of our work; monitor and evaluate the impact of our interventions; learn from evidence and integrate into interventions; and build technical monitoring, evaluation and learning capabilities of the global CAF team. The Head of Evidence and Learning will build strong relations with MEL counterparts of our global funders.   
To be successful in this role you will have
  • Extensive expertise of designing, evolving and managing MEL frameworks (including ToCs and results frameworks) at a strategic, organizational and project level 
  • Track record of embedding a learning culture at an organizational level 
  • Demonstrable experience of designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative evaluations, in both rural and urban contexts. 
  • Experience of utilizing various MEL tools such as outcome harvesting, most significant change, randomized control trials etc. 
  • Ability to synthesize complex evidence into clear and informed conclusions 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel and Powerpoint

  1. In UK £73,600 - £87,399 gross per annum
  2. In Ghana - GHS 520,335.21  - GHS 663,874.54  gross per annum
  3. In India - INR 5,437,500.00  - INR 6,937,499.00 gross per annum
