AMS (www.amsindia.org) is a research-based consulting organization, working with various Govt. Departments and international agencies (World Bank, Unicef, UNDP, WFP etc.). Improving access to quality health services is one of the major areas of our work.
 
Govt. of Assam is committed to provide quality health services to its citizens. With this objective in mind, the Govt. of Assam has launched World Bank Supported “Survey and Third-Party Verification of Results for Assam State Secondary Healthcare Initiative for Service Delivery Transformation (ASSIST) Project”. The Govt. of Assam has associated AMS as Monitoring & Evaluation agency for regular monitoring of this project. For timely execution of the above-mentioned assignment, we require:

Job Responsibilities
  • To conduct regular assessment of quality improvement in government hospitals
  • The regular assessment will be held against NQAS norms and scoring systems
  • To assess the reasons of poor performance and identify the main constraints behind it
Eligibility
  • Avalid NQAS certificate is mandatory
  • Special preference to BDS with a valid NQAS certificate
  • Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in conducting NQAS assessments
  • Wiling to travel extensively across Assam
Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- pm + TA/DA as per company norms
 
It is a full time regular position for a duration of 6 Years. The time duration may be further increased or decreased, depending upon the performance of the candidate and organization’s requirement.
