About Us: Established in 2003, 4S India is a now a PAN India organization working on Ultra Poor in 5 states including West Bengal, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and Odisha. About 75% of the intervention population belongs to SC, ST, PVTG & Maha Dalits covering 940 revenue villages across 21 districts. The organization works on the thematic area of Responsible Livelihoods, Institutional Development Services, Agribusiness Development Services, Financial Inclusion Services, Natural Resource Management, Preventive health & nutrition, Women, Rights & Entitlements, Disaster Management and Climate change and Action Research & Studies. We're on a mission to create a sustainable and harmonious coexistence between humanity and the PVTG heritage.
Responsibilities: As a Project Associate in Sports, Culture and Education at Sarva Sewa Samity Sanstha (4S India), you will:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of sports, cultural events and education initiatives.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and implement programs that promote inclusivity and diversity (Govt. Dept. and CBOs).
- Engage with artists, athletes, and community members to foster creativity and talent and engage Education/Cultural change bmakers.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Promote the organization's mission and programs through social marketing and outreach efforts.
- Promote and celebrate Mal Paharia heritage in sports, arts, and culture at Dist., State & National level.
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Management, Cultural Studies, Education, or related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for promoting diversity, inclusion, and community engagement through sports and culture.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic and creative environment.
