POSITION SUMMARY
As the Global Head of IT Enablement, this critical leadership role is responsible for driving technology adoption and decentralized impact across JSI's global workforce.
Partnering with the CIO, Country Directors, and Head of Global Programs, this position works to elevate technical capabilities worldwide. The Global Head of IT Enablement fosters a culture that empowers distributed teams to maximize localized technology impact.
This strategic role facilitates collaboration between corporate IT and field offices to ensure countryspecific needs are met with agile solutions. The Global Head of IT Enablement gathers insights to shape JSI's technology strategy and investments based on global entity requirements.
Position Purpose:
  • Empower decentralized teams to deliver targeted technology impact.
  • Foster IT collaboration between corporate and country offices.
  • Gather insights to inform JSI's technology investments and roadmaps.
  • Assess technology capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote knowledge sharing on digital best practices across regions.
  • Advocate country technology needs in shaping corporate IT strategy.
  • Facilitate agile, user-centered IT delivery for field offices.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with country directors and IT teams on technology initiatives.
  • Capture country-specific requirements to inform corporate IT roadmaps.
  • Develop staff skills and knowledge in data privacy, security best practices, and policies.
  • Share best practices and insights across regions to drive alignment.
  • Coach teams on maximizing business value from technology investments.
  • Coordinate corporate IT teams to provide responsive support to field offices.
  • Track technology adoption metrics and user satisfaction by region.
  • Promote user-centered mindset within IT for developing localized solutions.
  • Coordination of regional IT resources.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer during country team transitions.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years overseeing global technology delivery and support.
  • Experience enabling decentralized teams to drive targeted IT impact.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of technology capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
  • Collaborative mentality focused on customer-centric technology delivery.
  • Skilled in distilling insights to shape strategy and investments.
Education:
  • Degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Project/Program Management.
Required Travel:
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. US visa of some kind would be useful, but not a dealbreaker
