The Positions.

INNOVATION PORTFOLIO MANAGER

The ICRC is recruiting a portfolio manager to join their team based in Geneva, Switzerland.

If you have:
▪ Advanced university degree in international development, social sciences or business;


▪ At least 7 to 10 years of professional experience, with progressive responsibilities, ideally in project
management and innovation;


▪ Proven experience working on innovation in a field related to humanitarian response or
development;


▪ Strong people and project management skills; proven track-record in accompanying staff;

The ICRC is hiring an Investigation officer to be based in our headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

If you have:
▪ University degree and/or professional certification with a minimum of eight years of relevant
experience in the field of compliance and/or behavioral risk management;

▪ Wide experience with investigatory procedures and practice within international organizations or
law enforcement agencies;

▪ Expertise in investigation technique, particularly where conduct also may have criminal implications
that could result in prosecution before local courts;

▪ Fluency in French and English required.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY (CEA) DIGITAL ADVISER

ICRC is recruiting a Community Engagement and Accountability (CEA) Digital Adviser.
 
If you have:
▪ at least 10 years of experience in communications, including 5-7 years in digital
communication and social media platforms;

▪ expert knowledge in using messaging apps for content, outreach, and engagement;

▪ experience in the humanitarian sector with a passion for using communication as a tool for
aid;
 


 
HEAD OF SECTOR APPS & WEB SOLUTIONS

The ICRC is looking for a new Head of Sector Apps & Web Solutions.
 
If you have:
▪ Experience in project management (Agile, Scrum...);

▪ Master Degree or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent recognized in information systems;

▪ Experience of minimum 5 years in a managerial position;

▪ Fluency in both English and French;
