Katarina (Kat) DiDio has 15 years of experience working in global career development, HR, training and staff mobility. Her UN Experience is with the UN Secretariat in HR working with staffing and recruitment, staff career development and mobility, and as career consultant working with UNDP and UNFPA.
Prior to joining the UN she worked in the Career Services Office at the Columbia University Graduate School of International and Public Affairs, providing students career support and managing the global internship program.
She currently manages her own consulting practice providing career management coaching for international careers and training in intercultural competence for corporate staff and expatriates.
