Novare Potential is a company in the Novare group which, since January 2016, is a recruitment and staffing organisation with the aim of leading new arrivals into the Swedish job market. Today many newcomers are without work at the same time as many companies lack employees with the right competence. We want to change this. Using innovative recruitment methods and a strong Swedish business network, Novare Potential aims to be the bridge that leads new Swedes in to the workplace and enable them to achieve their full potential.
I have always looked up to my father who is a teacher for unaccompanied minors in Sweden. He has been an important source of inspiration and I share his view of how life-affirming it can be for new arrivals in Sweden to gain employment. Every new Swede brings with them a world of new experience that others can make use of.
In the summer of 2015, I was at Almedalen Week and talked about how in my role as a marketing manager at Comviq I ran a successful business and increased the organisation’s competitiveness through increased diversity. There I met the founder of Novare Group, Fredrik Hillelson, who shared many of the same thoughts and ideas. Several exciting discussions followed and together we moved from idea to reality. Novare Potential, a company with the aim to improve the situation for new arrivals in Sweden, for employers and in the end for all of Sweden.
