Oxford Process is an independent organisation focusing on peacemaking efforts at the leadership level. Our unique approach to conflict resolution combines the geo-strategic awareness of the conflict context with the human element of mediation. This happens across our three programmes of work; our behind-the-scenes diplomacy projects, our international mediation training and our incubator of conflict prevention ideas.
We have built a track record of gaining access to disputing parties, particularly non-state actors, and facilitating early dialogue, far from the public gaze. We remain unseen and unknown, and that is how we like it.
We do our job and we do it well - we are invisible but leave an indelible mark on the transition from war to peace.
