This event includes a series of informative sessions aimed at creating engagement with industry professionals and offering general insights into current trends in the job market.

Participants will also have access to 1:1 conversations chat booths, where they can ask individual questions and receive general career advice tailored to their professional context and need.

Register and Submit Your CV

The Career Day event is open to all ICRC colleagues. To complete your registration, please update your profile and submit your CV on registration to the Impactpool platform. This will help the industry professional and experts to engage with you by providing a relevant and valuable advice.

You can easily upload your CV, which will automatically import your information into your profile. Please note that the organizers will have access to view your profile and CV.

Prepare Questions You Might Want to Ask

During the live presentations, you can ask general questions in the chat. After the presentation, you are encouraged to visit the virtual 1:1 chat booth to learn more about open opportunities, and interact with HR representatives in a one-on-one chat.

Prepare for One-on-One Chats

This is your chance to ask about what matters most to you—career change, growth and development, interview preparation, CV writing, or question you may have in relation to your specific need. Remember, this is not a formal interview but an opportunity to create a meaningful, two-way conversation!

To request a one-on-one chat, click the green button in the booth. You will be automatically connected when a representative is available. Feel free to request chats with multiple colleagues; you’ll be connected when someone is available. • The event is conducted in English and is free to attend

You can explore valuable employer information and job opportunities, join the live session, and interact directly with HR representatives in private chats.
