One of the main challenges of recruitment from the MENA region is gender equality. Within those nations, 81.9% of all employed people in 2020 were men, compared to a 67.2% gender ratio at a global scale. Countries in conflict and in transition generally have smaller employment growth than the rest in the MENA region. Who should attend?
Highly qualified and purpose-driven nationals from North Africa and the Middle East who are pursuing a career with a positive impact. Currently working or seeking work in multilateral, bilateral, NGOs and other leading international development organizations
Essential criteria to join this career fair:
4+ years of relevant international work experience
A postgraduate degree
Language skills with fluency in English
You are a national from a country within the MENA region (the Middle East & North Africa).
