Prepare Questions You Might Want to Ask
During the live presentations, you can ask general questions in the chat. After the presentation, you are encouraged to visit the virtual booths to learn more about open opportunities, and interact with FAO representatives in a one-on-one chat.
Prepare for One-on-One Chats
This is your chance to ask about what matters most to you—career growth, company culture, relocation, or question you may have in relation to hardship posts. The Impactpool team recommends preparing by reviewing available positions and highlighting why you believe you’re a great fit for the company or a specific role. Remember, this is not a formal interview but an opportunity to create a meaningful, two-way conversation!
To request a one-on-one chat, click the green button in the booth. You will be automatically connected when a representative is available. Feel free to request chats with multiple organizations; you’ll be connected when someone is available. Read more here on how to attend a virtual career fair as a participant & 1-1 chats do's and don'ts.
Once you have registered for the event, your application will validated. If you meet the requirements for this event, you will receive an email with the next steps and access to the event.
The event is conducted in English and is free to attend, but registration is approval-based and has limited capacity.
Accessibility – Impactpool Virtual Career Fairs are accessible to persons with disabilities (PWDs), who are encouraged to participate.
