La Organización Internacional para las Migraciones (OIM) invita a profesionales que residen en Costa Rica y que estén en búsqueda de desarrollar sus carreras en un entorno de trabajo multicultural y dinámico a participar en su webinar informativo sobre oportunidades de empleo en el área del refugio y reasentamiento.
La OIM le entrega apoyo al Programa de Admisión de Refugiados de los Estados Unidos (USRAP por sus siglas en inglés) que tiene el objetivo de brindar oportunidades de reasentamiento a miles de refugiados cada año. Las vacantes disponibles en la OIM Costa Rica consideran puestos que brindan una variedad de asistencia y apoyo a USRAP, incluidos, pero no limitado a, procesamiento de casos, consulta de casos, gestión de trámites, actividades de cumplimiento, y preparación de solicitudes para adjudicación y apoyo a los Oficiales de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de los Estados Unidos (USCIS por sus siglas en inglés).
Entre los panelistas del webinar participarán managers y coordinadores de OIM y USRAP quienes compartirán la experiencia con el programa y responderán las preguntas al respecto de las oportunidades laborales y los procesos de reclutamiento.

The United States has long been a safe haven for refugees from around the world. The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an important partner in advancing the United States policy objective of promoting safe, humane, and orderly migration.
IOM has provided valuable support to the resettlement of refugees to the U.S. under the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP). The available vacancies at IOM Costa Rica include a wide range of positions that provide assistance and support to USRAP including, but not limited to, case processing, case consultation, pipeline management, preparing applications for adjudication by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) officer, among others.
The webinar panelists, which include managers and coordinators from IOM and USRAP, will share an overview of the programme, their experience in working in USRAP, and will answer questions regarding job opportunities and recruitment processes.
