The session speaks to you who works with diversity and Inclusion (D&I). 

In the webinar, we focus on how you increase the number of applications from un-/underrepresented countries, how you reach qualified talents with a disability, and the tools and technology to convert beautiful on-paper D&I strategy to real results.

• We will speak about one of the new buzzwords in the world of outreach - Blended Talent Sourcing and provide you with the building blocks to start setting up your blended sourcing strategy.
• We will talk about accessible career sites and how you measure your own career site's accessibility.
• We will also speak about outreach success metrics, such as Click-Through-Rate (CTR) and Cost-Per-Click (CPC).

The presentation takes 45 minutes and after the presentation, we open up for questions.
