You are now able to choose what seniority level you are interested in to recieve personalized job recommendations in regards to the weekly Job Alerts. You can find that here: https://www.impactpool.org/settings/preferences. This does not have to be your current grade level. Please note that the Job Alerts is a FREE service for all our members regardless of being a Fellow or not. With the Fellowship, you not only get to see more jobs but also the jobs that you have more chances in landing (low applications, re-advertised) using the "increase my chances" feature.
You may experience that the completion percentage displayed in your profile does not correspond to whether you have completely filled the profile or not. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you can always choose your preferences by using the drop down filters and/or free text search on the main job board (www.impactpool.org/search). Take a look at this video to show you the easiest way to identify the jobs to apply for, using the Impactpool site or read our article "Occupational Groups Explanation" for a short explanation about the different occupational groups we use to group the jobs on our site, to make it easier to find your desired occupational group but also know the different paths you might be suitable for.
