The Women Leadership Roster is an initiative by WFP to ensure gender parity at the Senior level by creating a dedicated talent pool of qualified, and geographically diverse female leaders interested in P5, D1, and D2 level positions in any of the 83 Countries WFP operates.
As WFP’s organization and operations grow, WFP wants to ensure they have a pipeline of well qualified, professional female leaders to bring in a new perspective and expertise. WFP anticipates having more higher-level roles opening up in the near future.

WFP is looking for well-qualified females interested in a new professional challenge serving a humanitarian purpose. These individuals can come from any sector including Humanitarian, Development, Multilateral, Academia, and/or Private Sector. The WLR is for P5 (minimum 10 years of experience) and higher grades.
WFP has operations in 83 Countries and the Headquarters is based in Rome, Italy. As a rotational organization, they expect individuals that join to be open to any duty station. You can expect to rotate into a new role every 2 to 4 years, depending on the duty station classification.
