OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Le groupe organique GMC est responsable de la fourniture de services de support efficaces a la mise en œuvre des programmes de sante et de la bonne gestion logistique du Bureau regional. La sous-unite Conference et Protocole qui fait partie de l'unite en charge de l'Unite d'appui aux Operations et Services (OSS) a pour mission de fournir un appui logistique au Bureau regionalen matiere de magasinage et gestion des biens bureautiques.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

3.1 Reception/Controle/Verification du materielFaire l'identification quantitative des marchandises, du constat des services et/ou manquants. Rediger le proces-verbal de reception. Prendre en charge le registre d'arrivee des marchandises.Receptionner le materiel, mobilier, machines y compris toute autre fourniture commandee pour les besoins du bureau regional.Verifier et controler a l'aide des documents d'expedition le materiel et les fournitures a la reception.Prendre note et signaler a son superviseur et l'assistant administratifs PSO toute avarie et manquant constates.Superviser le deballage sans retard des colis recus, la verification du contenu, des references et le rangement sur les etageres dans un ordre de succession conforme a l'ordre de disposition de la liste des articles codifies, pour faciliter la recherche des articles.Enregistrer les entrees dans l'application de gestion du magasin. 3.2LivraisonControler la livraison des marchandises suivant le Bon de sortie.Controler les sorties et retour d 'outillage commun a plusieurs sections.Preparer et verifier tout materiel et fourniture pour l'entretien du bureau et autres batiments.Superviser la distribution des fournitures demandees par les divers services sur la base d'un calendrier etabli conformement aux demandes recues et enregistrer ces transactions dans l'application de gestion du magasin. 3.3 Gestion informatique/Base de donneesGerer le programme informatique de gestion du Magasin et mettre a jour les entrees et sorties journalieres.Surveiller toutes les operations effectuees apres manipulation a partir de l'ordinateur.Encadrer en informatique son equipe en leur donnant des notions de base.Tenir a jour la base de donnees suivant une procedure etablie et assurer les indications du stock minimum, les entrees, les sorties et les consommations moyennes.Enregistrer les entrees dans l'application de gestion du magasin.3.4 Controle du stockControler les "minima" des stocks et s'assurer que les besoins en commandes sont communiques aux responsables. Produire des statistiques de consommation.3.5 InventaireSuperviser l'inventaire physique annuel du Magasin en conformite avec l'etat du stock theorique.Preparer a la fin de l'annee la liste des consommations annuelles des articles, liste qui servira de base pour la preparation des demandes globales de fournitures.3.6 Fonctions administrativesRediger les rapports mensuels du magasin et toutes autres correspondances.Etre responsable de la conservation et de la securite, vol, incendie et toutes les marchandises dans le Magasin.Veillez au rangement et proprete du Magasin.Tenir a jour les classeurs d'archivage du magasin.Suivre les travaux divers.3.7 A la demande du superviseur, executer au besoin toute autre tache connexe pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du service.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Essentielle: Etudes secondaires accomplies suivies d'une formation dans le domaine de la gestion et comptabilite analytique, gestion des stocks ou dans le domaine connexe.
Desirable: Souhaitable: Diplome superieur ou certificat dans le domaine de la logistique, de la chaine d'approvisionnement, base de donnees serait un avantage.

Experience

Essential: Essentielle: Huit ans d'experience dans le domaine de la logistique, des approvisionnements, gestion de stock et base de donnees.
Desirable: Souhaitable: Une experience dans le systeme de gestion des stocks des Nations Unies.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at XAF 11,368,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
