Competence required. Knowledge, and qualification:


Degree/Diploma in Inclusive Education (IE) •


Applied knowledge of principles and practices in inclusion of learners with disabilities and special educational needs, early childhood care, education and development and child protection. Expertise in using a range of assessment and intervention strategies to enhance student academic skills. Knowledge and experience in curriculum adaptation and differentiation.


Experience training others in inclusive education. • Minimum of five years’ experience supporting the inclusion of learners with disabilities and special educational needs. Experience in training teachers in learner-centred pedagogies, ECDE, lesson planning and schemes of work, positive discipline, inclusive classroom management and curriculum strategies, and formative and summative assessment.
