Context

The volunteer will, to the best of their ability, competently and correctly translate the English version of the document into the Russian language and as well Russian into English. This will include translation of presentations, background materials, and outcome documents. Most of the document uses ordinary understandable words.

Task description

We are seeking for 2 Online Volunteer to support us by translating the materials for the upcoming training on international humanitarian standards. To this end the Online Volunteers are asked: - To translate presentation documents, which could be up to 25-50 pages in A4 format long into the Russian language; - To translate background materials and outcome documents; - Ensure the translation is concise, in line with our communications guidelines, and fits the audience. The selected Online Volunteers will be provided with the document in the original language and will receive guidance on the target audience, as well as other guidance as needed.
