1. Project Background

AIIB Risk Management Platform(RMP) is used for collecting business data and analyzing risk indicators and generating risk reports and dashboards. Related system BAU support is critical to provide accurate risk analysis report.

2. Objectives of the Assignment

This position is to support RMP and related system BAU; develop new functions according to solution design.

Support BAU and enhancement development related to below systems and functions: 1. Risk Management Platform and backend database. 2. all data integration. 3. external data feed including market data. 4. other dynamic tasks.

7. Knowledge Transfer and Training

The consultant needs to provide training and knowledge transfer according to Project Manager's request.

Qualification Requirement

1. Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Risk Management System development. 2. Proficient in programming languages and frameworks: Python, Java, Node.js, JavaScript, JSON, ReactJS, VueJS, REST API development 3. Familiarity with mainstream databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL. 4. Strong skills in Data Warehouse and Data Mart design. 5. Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. 6. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD toolchains. 7. Understanding of major cybersecurity technologies, protocols, and tools (e.g., LDAP, SAML, etc.). 8. Familiarity with project management practices and Agile development methodologies. Expertise in software application lifecycle management and mainstream tools (e.g., Git, Jira, TFS). 9. Good in English communication (written and verbal). 10. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Mathematics.
