For every child, a future!
Background
UNICEF is currently implementing the revamp of the Emergency Preparedness Platform (EPP3.0), a corporate digital solution designed to support preparedness analysis, planning, and decision-making across countries and regions. The platform integrates data from multiple UNICEF corporate systems and tools and applies enhanced calculation logic. The EPP3.0 version aims to enable more efficient and accurate preparedness planning and monitoring, enhance flexibility and accessibility for users, and strengthen the ability to quickly analyze and utilize data for decision-making. Ultimately, this supports countries in strengthening preparedness and enables UNICEF to respond more effectively when emergencies occur.
To ensure the successful deployment and reliability of EPP3.0, UNICEF requires dedicated support to conduct end-to-end testing of the platform, to validate complete functionality across all modules, ensure data integrity, and verify the accuracy of calculations derived from system integrations, in alignment with UNICEF’s operational and reporting standards.
The purpose of this internship is to support the validation of the platform’s full functionality, data integrity, system integrations, and calculation accuracy across all EPP 3.0 modules. Interns will play a critical role in supporting the Emergency Preparedness Platform (EPP 3.0) testing process, by conducting comprehensive functional and data validation checks. This role ensures that all platform features work as intended, workflows are seamless, and integrated data is accurate and consistent.
