As of 1 January 2025, the internship allowance is EUR 700 and a transport subsidy of EUR 30 per month. An additional housing subsidy of EUR 170 per month will be provided to eligible interns.
Interns are required to be subscribed to a health insurance coverage for the entire duration of the internship. However, they are eligible to request enrolment in the Organization’s health insurance coverage at no additional cost.

PRIMARY DUTIES
The INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation (IGCI) is a cutting-edge research and development facility for the identification of crimes and criminals, innovative training, operational support and partnerships. Located in Singapore, the IGCI complements our General Secretariat in Lyon, France, and enhances the Organization's presence in Asia. The Executive Office assists the Executive Director for Capacity Building and Innovation (EDCI), which comprises two Directorates: Innovation Centre, and Capacity Building and Training.
Throughout this internship, the selected applicant will provide supporting functions to the EDCI Executive Office by:
Undertaking external engagement and communication support to the Executive Office,
Assisting in:
o the preparation of communication collateral and presentation materials;
o event organization, liaising with participants, and meeting taking;
o the preparation of briefing notes, official letters, and talking points;
o the preparation of reports;
o the preparation of management visits and coordination;
o background research for policy documents
Carrying out any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
Working on different on-going projects, the selected applicant will gain exposure to the functions of an International Organization while working on different on-going projects/activities.
REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
Be a national of one of INTERPOL’s 196 member countries.
Have attained the legal age in the country of nationality.
Training / Education required
Be enrolled in, or have graduated from, a post-secondary accredited academic institution within the past one year on the date of submission of their application with a Degree in Administrative Studies, Political Science, International Relations or Law, Information Systems, Computer Science.
Knowledge of strategic studies, computer science, information systems, and technology would be considered as an advantage.
Languages
Professional fluency in English is required.
Knowledge of any other INTERPOL official language (Arabic, French or Spanish) will be a strong asset.
Technical skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required.
Work experience in an office setting or an international organization will be considered an asset.
