1. Project Background

As part of the IT Infrastructure team’s ongoing efforts to support enterprise digital operations, a dedicated role is required to manage and maintain key PaaS environments. These platforms include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Power Platform Service, Power BI Service, and other related cloud-based tools that are integral to business process automation, data analytics, and internal application delivery.The role supports daily operational needs, ensures service availability, handles incident and change management, and collaborates with business units to ensure that platform capabilities are aligned with evolving operational requirements.

2. Objectives of the Assignment

The primary objectives of this assignment are to:1 Ensure stable daily operations of key PaaS platforms within the IT Infrastructure scope, including but not limited to Microsoft Power Platform Service and Power BI Service.2 Support platform users across the organization by managing access, monitoring usage, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth and secure operations.3 Maintain and enhance platform performance through routine configuration, incident handling, patching, and system health checks.4 Coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., application owners, data, information security) to ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.5 Support infra operations by enabling reliable and governed use of Power Platform tools for workflow automation, reporting, and dashboards.6 Document operational processes and improvements to facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and future handover activities.

Power Platform Administration & Governance• Manage Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate) and ensure backend stability and compliance.• Define and implement platform governance, including environment control, DLP policies, and usage monitoring.• Support solution lifecycle management and enforce best practices across teams.Power BI Administration• Administer Power BI workspaces, data gateway configuration, and access control.• Define standards for reports, dashboards, datasets, and monitor usage patterns.• Collaborate with business units to drive adoption and ensure optimal performance.SharePoint & Cloud App Integration (e.g., Azure, AWS)• Support integration of SharePoint with Power Platform solutions.• Provide basic configuration and support for cloud services such as Azure App Service and AWS Lambda as part of EUC automation.• Assist in monitoring and maintaining hybrid workflows across platforms.Data Subscription & Basic ETL• Manage internal/external data subscriptions and ensure proper access, documentation, and integration.• Assist with basic data processing and transformation (ETL), ensuring alignment with business requirements.Development & Automation• Develop and maintain scripts in Python and SQL for automation and reporting.• Contribute to process improvement through infrastructure automation and reusable templates.Cross-Team Collaboration• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and deliver appropriate platform solutions.• Communicate effectively in English across global teams and external vendors.

Qualification Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields.• At least 5 years’ work experience.• Proven experience in Power Platform administration (Power Apps, Power Automate).• Familiarity with Power BI governance and backend configuration.• Experience with SharePoint integration and cloud-based application services (e.g., Azure, AWS).• Strong skills in Python and SQL development.• Experience with data processing and ETL pipelines.• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical thinking skills.• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
