Purpose of Assignment:
UNICEF Thailand plans to implement a range of campaigns in 2026, including parenting, nutrition and year-end campaigns, along with ongoing fundraising efforts. These activities require consistent audience-centric and platforms’ native content to effectively address the objectives and connect with target audiences across different channels. As campaign timelines become more dynamic and content consumption increasingly shifts toward short-form and videobased formats, there is a growing need for agile in-house content production capacity. This includes the ability to rapidly develop, produce and adapt content in response to evolving campaign needs, audience engagement trends and real-time opportunities. To support this, UNICEF Thailand is engaging a consultant to support end-to-end content creation, particularly video production across key campaigns in 2026. The role will provide production agility and contribute to strengthening campaign visibility, enhancing storytelling, and ensuring timely, engaging and platform-optimized content delivery.

Minimum requirements:(Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge/Expertise/Skills)
- Education: Bachelor's University Degree in communication, content production, or any field with relevant practical experience in creative work and content production
- Work Experience: At least two years of experience or demonstrated equivalent experience supported by a strong portfolio of work, in content production across various settings including university, internship, freelance, consultancy or full-time professional contexts, with a focus on video production, digital and social media content development, and related creative works.
- Skills Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end video production, including ideation, scripting, filming and editing.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing digital and social media content including copywriting, artwork development and content formatting for different social media platforms
- Strong creative thinking and ability to translate concepts and briefs into engaging and effective content with a strong sense of visual storytelling, style and aesthetic judgment, and ability to bring fresh and engaging creative approaches that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple content streams adapting to evolving priorities, campaign needs and tight deadlines with strong time management skills
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism and results oriented mindset, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and end results
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Thai and English with ability to communicate effectively for both professional coordination, presentation and creative content development is required.
Desirable(s)
- Experience working in content production for social impact or development-related campaigns / initiatives is an asset
- Experience with UNICEF or similar organizations is an advantage
