POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Promote training and competencies in ethics and value-based decision-making, and strengthen the culture of ethics in accordance with current regulations.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT: To reside in the Republic of Honduras.

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent / with a Master's degree or Equivalent with at least two years of additional experience to that required by the position. A Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration or Pedagogy will be valued.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY THE JOB:

  • Experience in training/internal communication focused on ethics/compliance and/or corporate integrity management.
  • Experience in managing annual plans for promotion, training and monitoring of ethical issues.
  • Experience in the financial sector in the management of corporate ethics and values.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum professional experience: 6 years.

FUNCTIONS:                  

  • Execute the training and training programs in ethics, regulatory compliance and values according to the annual plan.
  • Design and implement annual plans for the promotion, training, and monitoring of ethical issues.
  • Record and keep updated the indicators of training in ethical culture.
  • Evaluate and report on the status of the linked Ethics and Values indicators, identifying and implementing improvement actions in accordance with the established and agreed service level agreements.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and proper use of the different consultation channels enabled for staff, such as physical mailboxes, electronic mailboxes, private consultations, ethics pages and sites on the website and intranet, among others.
  • Development of agendas, definition of training formats, sessions, educational materials and additional requirements of training programs.
  • Participate in the formulation of projects, Operational Plans and budget of the Ethics Office.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge of Corporate Ethics Management.
  • Knowledge of promotion, training and monitoring of corporate ethical issues.
  • Knowledge in adult learning and training models.
  • Knowledge in Internal Communication.
  • Knowledge in instructional design

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Verbal and written communication in Spanish and English at an intermediate level.
  • Analytical and conclusion-generating skills.
  • Ability to transmit knowledge to personnel directly related to the area.
  • High ethical sense, emotional intelligence and good interpersonal relationships.
  • Writing and spelling.
