The individual consultant will play a key role in translating audience insights, fundraising priorities, and performance data into effective content strategies and campaign execution. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team comprising the Virtual Hub Manager, Performance Marketing Specialists, Donor Journey Specialists, and Data Analysts, the selected candidate will help shape integrated content plans that support donor acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives across multiple markets.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:
Minimum requirements:

Education:
- Advanced (Master's) Degree in Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, Business Administration, or other related areas is required
- Alternatively, a first-level university degree (Bachelor's degree or higher), in combination with additional qualifying 2 years of relevant experience, may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree

Work Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in fundraising, marketing, advertising, or communications with a specific focus on developing content for digital marketing and social media campaigns or equivalent is required.
- Relevant experience in developing content strategy and creative assets for target based digital fundraising campaigns is required.
- Language requirement: Fluency in English is required
Desirables: Prior experience in a UN organization is desirable
- Experience with creative tools like Canva is desirable
