This project aims to future-proof UNICEF Mozambique’s Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem by optimizing digital infrastructure and establishing a sustainable, integrated environment for operational and staff lifecycle management. Furthermore, the initiative seeks to advance the office's data management, analytics, and knowledge-sharing capabilities, while fostering responsible AI readiness. Ultimately, these efforts are designed to strengthen evidence-based decision-making and promote a culture of continuous organizational learning and improvement.

The consultant shall provide enhancement, integration, maintenance, support services and capacity building for UNICEF's Power Platform ecosystem.

Minimum requirements:
Education:
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Computer science, Information management or any other related field.
Work Experience:
- 4 years Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Power BI and Microsoft 365 experience with enterprise application development and support.
- Experience in data analytics, dashboard development, information management, knowledge management solutions, and Microsoft AI capabilities (including Copilot and Power Platform AI features) is highly desirable.
- UN experience.
Language Requirements:
- English.
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:
- Microsoft platforms, software application development, SharePoint , data analytics-power BI, Microsoft AI capabilities (including Copilot and Power Platform AI features)
Desirables:
- Experience in implementing OCR, AI-powered capabilities, and intelligent automation solutions to enhance business processes and data management is highly desirable.

- A detailed technical proposal: Candidates should submit a brief technical proposal outlining their understanding of the assignment, proposed approach and methodology, implementation plan, key risks and mitigation measures, and relevant experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, integrations, AI/OCR capabilities, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
