Minimum requirements:

Education:

Master’s degree in international relations, Development Assistance, or related fields.

In case the applicant holds a Bachelor's degree they must have at least 7 years of work experience in the relating field.

Work Experience:

Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in partnership management, grant oversight, donor stewardship, or resource mobilization, including managing proposals, grant implementation, reporting, and donor engagement for private sector donors, foundations, faith-based organizations, or other strategic partners; experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and managing complex partnership portfolios.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English (written and spoken) required. Knowledge of an additional UN language or regional language is an asset.

Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:

Strong partnership experience with public or private partnerships. Experience in financial and grant management, UNISON, knowledge and coordination of partnerships.
