To amplify these voices, UNICEF launched U-Report Myanmar in August 2016 — an innovative digital platform that leverages mobile and social media technology to engage young people, share information, gather insights, and promote positive social change. To ensure high-quality execution and strong alignment with global guidelines, UNICEF Myanmar seeks a consultant with specialized expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and digital engagement. The consultant will play a key role in driving U-Report’s rebranding activation, maintaining and enhancing its social media presence, and identifying innovative approaches to reach and engage young people on both existing and emerging platforms.
