UNICEF proposes a mixed-methods impact evaluation of the main activities of the MCCT+ to understand the impact of the programme as a whole. Additionally, the evaluation will explore the opportunity of evaluating the plus component of the programme alone, making use of its implementation in health centers that no women registered to receive cash support visit. Finally, the impact evaluation will investigate the feasibility of making use of the phased-in implementation of social cohesion communication in MSGs to evaluate its impact. This assignment is for a local coordinator to support the impact evaluation in its initial stages and act as a focal point of the evaluation team during programme implementation. The local coordinator will work in close contact with the evaluation manager and the impact evaluation analyst, and support UNICEF Sudan with the implementation of the impact evaluation.
