Job description

In close collaboration with the E/S/W project manager, expand, develop, coordinate and manage NRC’s shelter projects in North regain.
Prepare/develop narrative and budgets for proposals in conjunction with Finance and Administration manger and logistic focal points.
Report monthly on all NRC shelter/WASH activities to North E/S/W PM.
implementation of technical activities of shelter/WASH projects.
Tracking of financial expenditures.
Responsible for assessment, project planning, implementation and monitoring of shelter projects in North region
Prepare shelter technical documents (design and BoQ) and supervision tools.
Provide specific technical support and capacity building towards project staffs.
