This post is responsible for growing the major giving pipeline and building a portfolio of high net worth individuals which includes identifying, researching and cultivating new sources of income whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with current donors and donor prospects.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Leads, manage and implement major donor fundraising strategy and achieve annual targets: Manage the major gift process including research, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of prospects and existing donors.
  • Prospecting and gift solicitation: Balance a portfolio of donors (prospects, new and long term donors). Build long lasting relationships with High Net Worth Individuals, major donors and grant makers.  
  • Donor cultivation and stewardship: Build and strengthen relationship with donors, including updating and maintaining donor profiles and tracking solicitation activities. Produce reports on fund utilization and impact of donation. Create engagement activities, such as field visits, special events and the like.
  • Donor support: Provide timely and efficient technical support to all inquiries in all forms of communication whereas deemed appropriate.

 

To qualify as a champion for every child you will have…

  • Advanced University degree in Marketing, Economics, Banking/Finance, Business, Communication or a related field.

** A first level university degree with a relevant combination of academic qualifications and experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. **

  • Two to five years of professional work experience, e.g.  New business development, banking and finance, account management, public relations, sales or marketing.
  • Knowledge and experience in donor stewardship, resource mobilization and fundraising desired.
  • Thai Nationals only.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, networking, persuading and communication skills, with experience of successfully interacting with affluent clients.
  • Experience in fundraising, non-profit management an asset.
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented self-starter, strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork, tact and discretion.
  • Result-oriented.
  • High language proficiency in both Thai and English (written and verbal).
