DAI Global, LLC is seeking candidates for various positions to support the anticipated USAID-funded Water Activity in the Philippines, which is expected to begin in August/September 2018. The project will be based in Manila, and will likely include field offices throughout the Philippines, particularly in Mindanao.
DAI is recruiting specialists in the following technical areas to serve in long-term roles on the project:
Water Sector
- Water sector policy
- Water sector financing
- Water utility reform, including non-revenue water and water demand management
- Source vulnerability analysis and protection
Sanitation Sector
- Sewerage/Septage management
- Wastewater treatment/reuse
- Sanitation financing
Cross-Cutting Areas
- Public Private Partnerships / Private sector engagement
- Behavior Change Communications / Communications
- Gender mainstreaming
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Capacity building
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field; at least 7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working on or with donor-funded environmental programs– strong preference for prior experience on USAID-funded projects;
- Proven ability to develop relationships with different partners, collaborators, and clients to ensure coordinated implementation of project activities and represent DAI
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
