The Role
As the Donor Contracts and Systems Officer, your main responsibility will be to provide effective contract management and systems support for institutional funds within the organisation. This is a part-time opportunity and a job share with another Donor Contracts and Systems Officer.
Our Team
You’d be joining Oxfam GB’s Donor Compliance Support Team, responsible for ensuring that appropriate systems, processes, advisory support and training are in place to support effective donor contract management. The Donor Compliance Support Team sits within Oxfam GB’s highly successful Programme Funding & Partnerships (PFP) team, which has a strong global track record of the development of high quality programme funding proposals, whilst generating and supporting institutional donor programme income of more than £200 million per year.
This is an exciting and impactful role due to the importance and centrality of donor contract management in maintaining Oxfam GB’s cash flow, managing risk and maintaining good external donor relationships.

Salary:*£21,017 - £24,000 per annum (*includes £1,705 hotspot allowance)
