ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a 7-month maternity cover (from June to December 2018) for a leadership position in Amnesty's Fundraising and Engagement team. You will manage a team of 10+ staff dedicated to growing and supporting Amnesty's international supporters, providing fundraising and engagement analytics, and creating and sharing content for supporter journeys. We have an ambitious 4 year plan to grow and engage our international membership constituency of which we are half-way through and exceeding targets. You will be responsible for ensuring we are providing a top notch supporter experience, from acquisition, to retention/development and using data and insights to make timely, strategic decisions. You will manage an expert team of digital marketers, engagement specialists, data analysts and content manager.

ABOUT YOU

You will be an expert digital marketer with experience in fundraising and campaigning. You will have experience leading and managing a medium sized team and understand how to partner with teams across an organization. You will have experience managing budgets in excess of 1 million GBP and providing detailed donor reports and updates. You understand the importance of stakeholder management and will be close enough to the operations to identify and mitigate risks before they happen. Lastly, you know how to motivate, partner and lead a dynamic digital team that is delivering excellent results.
