Under the general supervision and leadership of the Marketing Specialist (Direct Marketing), the Marketing Officer (Prospecting & Retention), will be in charge of implementing the direct marketing plan (to prospect and create a house list of donors), to prospect new donors and retain current ones, main sources of ACO unrestricted OR and RR funds.

How can you make a difference?

Under the general supervision and leadership of the Marketing Specialist (Direct Marketing), the Marketing Officer (Prospecting & Retention), will be in charge of implementing the direct marketing plan (to prospect and create a house list of donors), to prospect new donors and retain current ones, main sources of ACO unrestricted OR and RR funds.

  1. Contribute to the preparation of the Direct Marketing Strategy and Workplan by compiling and analysing relevant data from the individual fundraising operation, other fundraising competitors and the market.
  2. Effective supervision of the implementation of the prospecting and retention plans, specially the line and the circle model.
  3. Propose innovative and cost effective marketing strategies and content (design, components, and timing) of the different activities & campaigns and analyse the results of different individual fundraising actions vis-à-vis their strategies and objectives.
  4. Effective supervision of the Marketing Analyst Assistant (Prospect) ¸ Marketing Analyst Assistant (Retention) and Major Donor & Legacies Assistant.
  5. Administrative tasks and responsibilities are effectively carried out and delivered.
  6. Effective cross-functional coordination and collaboration with Market Development Officer (Campaigns) and the Marketing Services Officer.

    To qualify as a champion for every child you will have…

  • University Degree in Marketing, Publicity, Communication, Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, promotional or fundraising areas. Experience in working for international organizations would be desirable.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Nationality: Argentinean
