Job Overview: The purpose of the M&E officer to support the Programmes to implement the projects effectively, especially the shelter projects.

Major RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate process to establish program level M&E systems participate in log frame design during project proposal process to support on indicator formulation.

• Support and contribute to the development of a data management system through documentation, implementation and coordination of standardizes information flow of M&E activities and reporting.

• Support in developing data collection methodology and tools, and in actual data collection, as needed.

• Support in standardizing M&E across projects.

• Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines

• Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and better ways to assist

• Provide regular progress reports to AM, PMs and M&E Coordinator.

REQUIREMENTS:

No double job.

Bachelor degree preferably in social science, economics, rural development or in other related fields

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in similar positions. INGO experience is an asset.

Language: Fluency in Arabic and English

Computer proficiency (word, excel, Databases, Kobo)

Other qualities: integrity, teamwork skills, flexibility.
