Federation Planning & Steering Coordinator (f/m)

Location: International Office, Innsbruck

Mission

The Federation Planning and Steering Coordinator supports the Team Leader Federation Planning and Steering (FPS) to achieve the targets of the team FPS and of the Finance & Controlling Promoting and Supporting Associations (FC PSA) department in the International Office. With this, s/he ensures to contribute to the mission of Finance & Controlling.

The Federation Planning and Steering Coordinator: 

  • Supports and monitors the development and implementation of federation planning and steering process, policies, and tools
  • Supports, coordinates and monitors the federation mid-term and annual planning and steering process
  • Supports the development of the Federation Mid-Term Frame, the International Mid-Term Plan, and the International Annual Plan
Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and update federation planning and steering processes, policies, tools and quality standards and support and monitor implementation

• Develop and update system support for the planning processes

• Prepare and coordinate FPS communication (incl. FPS workspace, FPS blog) to all stakeholders in Member Associations, PSAs, General Secretariat and bodies

• Support FPS team and FPS network in administrative tasks and participate in projects

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Economic Sciences with a minimum of 2 years professional experience in a relevant field

• Commercial background  and knowledge of financial controlling• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mind-set

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills

• Strong coordination, presentation and training skills

• Very good command of English and German (oral and written)• Knowledge of financial controlling and project management experience an asset

• Applicants must hold a valid Austrian working permit or be eligible to work within the EU
