Role overview

As a member of the Infrastructure Team you will be expected to support, maintain and develop VSO's IT infrastructure covering head office in Kingston and 20+ sites worldwide. You will work on design and specifications for new systems, provide 3rd line technical support and administer IT systems across our global network.

Location of this role:

Kingston upon Thames, Nairobi, Pretoria, Bangkok

 

Skills, qualifications and experience

Applicants should have some or all of the following skills/experience: Experience of supporting a Microsoft Windows 10 estate and maintaining and extending systems including Windows Server, Active Directory & Group Policy, and virtualisation platforms. Experience with Office365, Azure and Intune will be an advantage. In-depth knowledge of L2/L3 networking, experience with Meraki an advantage.
