Role overview

We are looking for two fixed term Resourcing Advisors to provide end to end support to our VSO employees and volunteers from application to start of service. This varied role will involve all aspects of the candidate journey from resourcing, candidate management, on-boarding and induction.

- We require both a Resourcing Advisor Employee (1 year maternity cover) and a Candidate Manager Resourcing Advisor (6 month maternity cover). Although you will work primarily on one of the above areas of focus, you will receive full training so that you are able to work across either area if required.

Skills, qualifications and experience

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who can provide exemplary customer service to our new recruits and help improve the candidate journey. You will work as part of close knit team so excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential.

The successful candidate will also have:

* Excellent customer service and administrative skills and a high attention to detail.
* Previous experience in using an applicant tracking system

Experience in supporting volunteers through the recruitment journey is highly desirable.

For the Employee Resourcing Advisor role you must have experience of recruiting in an international context or within a complex organisation.
