Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Grants Coordinator, the Grants Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Grants team. Duties will include maintaining grant files and tracking documents, scheduling and organizing regular grant meetings, supporting the Grants teams in streamlining budget development and forecasting processes, processing sub-grant proposals and agreements, editing reports and proposals as needed, and other special projects. Major Responsibilities: Key Working Relationships: Position Reports to:Grants Coordinator Indirect Reporting: NA Internal: The Grants Officer will work to coordinate grants meetings and review/submission of documents to IRC HQ or donors with Administration staff, Program units, Supply Chain, Finance and HR, as well as the senior management team. Qualifications
Education: University degree Work Experience: At least one year prior professional experience in a similar post (preferably NGO or UN agency) Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: Language Skills:Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic Certificates or Licenses: NA Working Environment: Standard office work environment with trips to the field to visit program activities.
