Your opportunities and responsibilities at Kiron:

You play a crucial role in strengthening our team culture by organising team events and fostering open communication between Operations and the rest of the organisation

You support our Operations Team, including People and Finance Teams, with administrative and organisational tasks (e.g. data entry, document drafting, filing)
-
You have an active role in management our Berlin office, including handling office supply orders, external service providers and liaising with facility management
-
You are creative and lead on office improvement projects
-
You are responsible for receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing mail
Your set of skills:
-
You gained first work experience in administrative tasks and/or event management through internships and/or student jobs
-
You are fluent in English (at least C1) & German (at least B2)
-
You have a startup mindset and a “make things happen” attitude
-
You are detail-oriented and have the ability to juggle diverse tasks without losing sight of the bigger picture
