Object: “Behaviour Change Communication on composting techniques in DPRK”

Delivery Location: “Democratic People's Republic of Korea”

The contracting Authority, Triangle Génération Humanitaire (TGH) intends to award a contract for the above-mentioned object.

The Services of the consultant(s) shall consist of designing and carrying out a Behaviour Change Communication training on human waste management and composting, including the elaboration of a communication plan. This training will be delivered to farmers and local authorities as well as DPRK technical experts. It is expected that these Services will require around 20 man-days, including around 10 days in DPRK.

Triangle Generation Humanitaire hereby invites Applicants to show their interest in delivering the Services described above.

This Request for Expressions of Interest is open to: consulting firms, individual consultants, NGOs.

Interested Applicants must provide information evidencing that they are qualified and experienced to perform those Services. For that purpose, documented evidence of recent and similar services shall be submitted.

Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on:

-               The contracts size – similar size of consultancy;

-               The nature of the Services – consultancy on similar topics or methodologies;

-               The technical area and expertise – Behaviour Change Communication, composting techniques etc.;

-               The region – Eastern Asia.

Among the submitted applications, Triangle Génération Humanitaire will shortlist a maximum of six (6) Applicants, to whom the Request for Proposals to carry out the Services shall be sent.

The Expressions of Interest must be submitted in an electronic form to the address below no later than 16 March 2020.
