Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is the umbrella framework within which risks and opportunities to UNICEF and its beneficiaries are documented, managed and reported. It is an integrated organization-wide discipline and process which links the management of strategic objectives for continued improvement of organizational performance. ERM is a priority component of good governance at UNICEF and the United Nations. To continue good governance and improved management, recommendations to implement comprehensive and coordinated trainings on risk management have been addressed in face-to-face workshops and webinars on the topic.

UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.

And we never give up.

For every child, hope..
