Under the direct supervision of Head/Representative of FAO Partnership and Liaison Office and in close coordination with the Deputy Head and Administrative Unit, the Procurement Assistant will perform the following tasks:
Tasks and responsibilities:
CANDIDATES WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE FOLLOWING
- Minimum three years of experience on procurement. Experience with UN administrative policies and procedures will be plus
- University degree in business administration, international relations, economics, procurement and other social sciences
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani while Russian will be considered as an asset
- National of Azerbaijan or resident in the country with a work permit
